I received a surprise itunes gift card in the mail yesterday. It's perfect timing. I'm so sick of the music on my ipod. So I have a question: What are your favorite songs to listen to when exercising?
When I used to listen to music while exercising (I don't listen when running outside...not that I do that very often anymore anyway...), I LOVED Ben Folds' "Rockin' the Suburbs." Something about it was great for exercising - good beat, I think.
I agree with Becky that I like a lot of Justin Timberlake when excercising...especially his dance remixes. I also like some of Maroon 5 (may sound surprising...but some are the perfect tempo for the tredmill) and Gwen Stephani.
Wow...this almost has me motivated find my Shuffle and head to the gym.
I am not a fan of either of these singers, but Christina Aguilera and Britney Spears have the perfect tempo for the treadmill -- along with n'Sync, Justin Timberlake. Something about the teenage pop music seems to work well...

That would require me actually exercising!
You need to check out Mary J Blige. Hip Hop and good for exercising.

Justin Timberlake, Janet Jackson (old school Rhythm Nation songs), Kelly Clarkson, Pink, Jennifer Lopez, Britney, Christina ...
I'm laughing at my list, but it works for me! :)
